You may visit our office during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm for general business or to make payment either by walk-in or drive-thru.
Walk-in customers may use our check-in kiosk to sign-in for general business and service requests. Also, remember to utilize the Appointment Scheduler to schedule your appointment ahead of time with a BrightRidge Customer Service Representative to avoid wait time.
After-hours emergency service is available by calling (423) 952-5000 or by visiting us at 2600 Boones Creek Road, Johnson City, TN; enter at shipping & receiving entrance.
The Main Entrance is for residential and commercial businesses for general business.
The first entrance (coming from exit 17 or Cracker Barrel) is for shipping and receiving.
Emergency after-hour service for all customers is available in the Service and Construction Building; enter via the shipping and receiving entrance.
ALL VISITORS WHO NEED ACCESS TO AREAS OTHER THAN THE MAIN LOBBY MUST SIGN IN WITH THE BRIGHTRIDGE RECEPTIONIST AT THE FRONT DESK. VISITORS ENTERING THE SHIPPING AND RECEIVING ENTRANCE WILL SIGN IN WITH PERSONNEL LOCATED THROUGH THE SERVICE DOOR. ALL GUESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A BRIGHTRIDGE EMPLOYEE AT ALL TIMES. UPON COMPLETING YOUR VISIT, PLEASE SIGN OUT AT THE SAME PLACE YOU ENTERED THE FACILITY. OTHER SAFETY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE TO PROTECT OUR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS.
